How the cost compares

The same CRM, very different bills

Legacy CRMs bill you per user every month. A team of 25 on Salesforce Enterprise pays close to $50,000 a year, and that number climbs every time you hire.

Unforced charges one build fee, then a flat monthly at about half that. It does not charge per seat, so your bill stays the same whether you have 25 users or 200.

Figures are 2026 list prices on annual billing, before the discounts, onboarding fees, and add-ons vendors layer on. Shown for illustration only.

A 25-person team, per year

Salesforce Enterprise, 25 users

$165 per user per month, list

$49,500/yr

Microsoft Dynamics 365, 25 users

$95 per user per month, list

$28,500/yr

HubSpot Sales Pro, 25 users

$90 per user per month, list

$27,000/yr

Unforced, year one

Growth build plus 12 months

~$17,000

Unforced, year two on

Monthly only, no per-seat charge

~$12,000/yr

Illustrative example. Your build fee and monthly depend on the scope of your CRM. Adding users never changes them.

What you get

Everything from first call to live CRM

A CRM built around your process

Your stages, your fields, your workflows. We design it with you from a working prototype, then build the real thing. Nothing ships until it fits how your team actually works.

Your data, migrated and connected

We move your contacts, deals, notes, and history off your old CRM. Then we connect your email, calendar, and the tools your team already uses.

Support and changes, always included

Your monthly fee covers hosting, security, backups, and ongoing changes. As your business changes, we change your CRM to match. Add AI features on top whenever you want them.

Pricing questions

How does pricing work?

You pay one build fee to design, build, and migrate your CRM. Then a flat monthly subscription covers hosting, support, and changes. There is no per-seat charge, and you can cancel the subscription anytime.

Why is the monthly about half the price?

Salesforce and HubSpot charge per user every month and bundle in features most teams never use. Unforced does not charge per seat and includes only what your team needs. For most teams the ongoing cost works out to about half.

Is there really no per-seat charge?

No per-seat charge. Add 10 users or 200, your monthly is the same. Adding people never raises your bill.

What if our CRM is more complex than the plans?

Tell us about your process through the Get started form. We scope larger builds individually based on your workflows, integrations, and data. The model stays the same: a build fee, then a flat monthly, no per-seat fees.

What do the AI features cost?

AI features are quoted per feature, on top of your subscription. Lead scoring, drafted follow-ups, and call summaries are common ones. You only pay for the features you turn on.

What does each fee cover, and can we leave?

The build fee covers designing, building, and migrating your CRM. The monthly covers hosting, security updates, backups, support, and changes as your business changes. You can cancel anytime and export all of your data. No per-seat lock-in and no renewal price hikes. If you ever want to take the CRM in-house, we work out a handoff.
