Who we are

Unforced builds and hosts custom CRM software for businesses. Questions about this policy go to legal@getunforced.com.

Information we collect

We collect three kinds of information.

• Information you give us. When you fill out the get started form, we collect your company name, your name, your email, your team size, and anything you write in the message field.
• Data from connected tools. If you become a customer, you can connect tools like your email, calendar, and other apps your team uses. Access uses scopes you approve. We use this data for one purpose: to run and support the CRM we build for you.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our servers record basic request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your request, build and run your CRM, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to advertise to you or to anyone else.

How we share information

We share information only where needed to run the service.

• Service providers that host our site and store our data. Form submissions are stored with Google.
• Tools you ask us to connect to your CRM, at your direction.
• Authorities, if the law requires it and the request is valid.

Retention

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet legal obligations. While we host your CRM, we keep your data so the product works. If you leave, we hand your data back and delete our copies on request.

Security

Data moves over encrypted connections. Access inside Unforced is limited to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least access by default.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can disconnect any tool at any time, which stops future reads. Email legal@getunforced.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights.

Children

Unforced is a business product. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update it here and revise the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle customer data get direct notice by email.
