What Unforced is

Unforced designs, builds, and hosts custom CRM software for your business. We connect the tools you approve, migrate your data, and support and update the CRM over time. Optional AI features are added on top when you request them.

Prices shown on this site are starting points. Your quote depends on the scope of your build, your data, and the integrations you need.

Who can use the service

The service is for businesses. You must have the authority to bind your company to these terms and to authorize the tool connections you set up. Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Fees

The service is a one-time build fee to set up your CRM, then a monthly subscription for hosting, support, and changes. There is no per-seat charge, and you can cancel the subscription at any time. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page. AI features are quoted separately. Fees are payable as agreed in your order and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your data

You own your data. You grant us permission to connect the tools you approve and to use that data to build, run, and support your CRM. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any tool at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for the content your team stores in the CRM.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to break or probe our systems, reselling access, connecting accounts you are not authorized to connect, or storing unlawful content in your CRM.

Intellectual property

We own our general tools, libraries, and know-how, including the reusable components your CRM is built on. Your data is yours: you can export all of it at any time. If you want to take the CRM itself in-house, we will arrange a handoff on terms agreed at that time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. Cost comparisons on this site use public list prices and are for illustration only. We do not guarantee any specific savings, which depend on your team size and your build.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Unforced is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update them here and revise the date at the top of the page. Material changes get direct notice by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
